This policy covers elitevisathailand.org and the request form on it. The site is run by independent visa consultants. It is not a site of Thailand Privilege Card Co., Ltd. or of any Thai government body, and anything you send through the form reaches us, not the programme.
What the form collects
Your name, a phone number or messenger handle, and the message you choose to write. Together with them we receive the address of the page you sent the form from, so we know which question you were reading about. The form also has a hidden field that catches automated spam; people never fill it in.
Where it goes
The form is handled by a small function on Cloudflare Pages, which hosts this site. The function checks that the name and contact are filled in and passes the request to our team's Telegram chat through a Cloudflare worker. Nothing from the form is stored on the website itself. Cloudflare, like any host, keeps technical logs such as IP addresses under its own policy.
Why we use it
Only to reply to you and discuss your case. We do not sell it, add it to mailing lists or pass it to the Thailand Privilege programme. If you later decide to apply, the programme's own forms, including its personal data consent form, are filled in with you and sent under its rules.
Analytics and cookies
When site statistics are switched on, visits are counted with Yandex Metrica and Google Analytics, loaded through Google Tag Manager. They use cookies. Visitors from the EU, the UK and Switzerland see a consent banner first, and the counters stay off until they accept; your choice is remembered in the browser. Without these counters the site sets no cookies of its own.
How long we keep it
As long as we are talking to you about your case. If nothing comes of it, we delete the conversation when it is no longer needed, and straight away if you ask.
Your choices
